Jarritos Soda Mandarin

Mandarin Soda by Jarritos has a bitter flavor compared to say a naval orange. I found it be acidic with a real fruit like flavor. It wasn’t just like drinking a mandarin and wasn’t made for us American sugar lovers.

I have to say this was into resting and it would go very well with vodka. I don’t know about tequila but I think it is robust enough for vodka or even whisky.

 

Warheads Colossal Sour Orange

Warheads Colossal Sour Orange reminds me of something but I can’t tell what it is. I mean, it so tastes like some other orange candy I haven’t had in years. 

It also brakes up fast and last for a short time in the mouth until it is gone and you feel like it was only a thought of orange. It’s like an orange contemplation on the meaning of life.

This is a candy for those who want sour and the fleeting nature of existence when compared to the great ticking of the universal clock.

 

Fruity King Orange Soda

Fruity King Orange Soda is orange soda. I mean, it's too sugary for most sodas and being a knock off I wouldn't want to drink it as I can get the real thing with less sugar per ounce and just as much flavor.

In the California heat I normally recommend drinking water and saving the soda for what it was intended for when it was invented and that is dessert.  Soda is candy and this candy goes down faster than the normal candy you get as a liquid.
 

Truly Hard Seltzer Orange Peach Fizz

 Truly Hard Seltzer Orange Peach Fizz is a summer beverage for sure. I don't mind the flavor but I would like it better without the alcohol. It tastes fruity but not really orange, more peach, and if you're not thirsty it won't do. 

The up side of having these at your party is that you will need to drink a lot of them to get drunk, and you kind of need to be a bit sloshed to really like them. I would get these again only if I were having a party and wanted to have something people will not get drunk on.

Shasta California Dreamin Orange Creme Soda

 Shasta California Dreamin Orange Creme Soda is about as good as orange cream soda is going to get. I honestly think this stands up to almost any orange cream soda I've had and I have to admit that both cream and oranges are things we grow in California so until they make avocado soda this is a California as you can get.  

Good stuff really.

Easter Carrot Tube With Orange Chocolate Lentils

 Few things will disappoint you this Easter like this Easter Carrot Tube With Orange Chocolate Lentils. Yeah, they look like M&M's but they are not M&M's. They don't taste as good and are a little smaller. I guess if you're not a real candy nut then you may never notice just how not good these are, but I noticed. 

Why we bring ourselves closer to our inevitable deaths by stuffing our faces with junk food every holiday I can't say. However you can trust me on this one, leave these alone. They just aren't worth it.

Terry's Orange Milk Chocolate Bar

 Terry's Orange Milk Chocolate Bar is a funny sort of chocolate. I never understood the whole chocolate and orange thing, but I have to admit that it works. I guess chocolate is very versatile. 

In any case, this is a fine product that will bring joy to most people who come across it. I thought it was kind of odd but admit that it was very good.

Signature Select Orange Soda

 Signature Select Orange Soda is what you get when you can't find the real soda or want to have something to make your booze drinkable. Nasty booze needs sugar to make it better but the sugar won't help with the hangover. 

Anyway, this stuff has a lot of sugar and is otherwise a solid orange soda. I mean, orange soda really isn't a big thing, but this is a good enough orange to get plastered with. 

Remember to drink responsibly, and go out side before you barf.

de la Calle Tepache Orange Turmeric Moderno

 Well I can very much say I've never tasted anything like de la Calle Tepache Orange Turmeric Moderno before and have no feeling I should ever again. 

This is some odd stuff that really has a tropical vibe but feels like it should have tequila in it or something of that nature. I can't say I dislike it but more that I could take it or leave it.

I think this is some kind of health-food so I'm not sure it should taste good. Still, it's better if you don't shake the can.

Rockstar Recovery Orange

Rockstar Recovery Orange is a hangover cure that I wouldn't know much about, because I never have hangovers. I don't drink too much so I don't get them. 

I have to say this reminds me of tang and has a really retro feel. Orange out of a lab kind of flavor. So, if you want to stay up all night and play astronaut this stuff is right for you. 
 

Airheads Orange Taffy

 So, I sure somewhere they do make orange jerky now. If they do I'm sure it tastes a bit like Airheads Orange Taffy. The concentrated orange flavor gives me nightmares of people named Donald. Out of all the airheads I think this tastes the most natural.

Aha Sparkling Water Orange + Grapefruit

 Aha Sparkling Water Orange + Grapefruit can't just stick with orange like normal people, but has to add the grapefruit along there so that less people can enjoy it. I mean, citrus overload is a thing but who does it with these two flavors. Is this a thing like Kiwi cherry?

In any case, stuff is fine. Passable, great on a hot day, wouldn't say I loved it, but wouldn't say no to another round.

Cactus Cooler

Cactus Cooler is a thing from my youth, and a soda that has a fun name. Everything about this stuff tells me that it's made of the heart of summer and the time of fun. 

Why am I drinking this now again. Well, I miss summer.

Troy's Burgers Pastrami Sandwich

Well, so like a dumb ass you're starting a diet today when Troy's Burgers in Orange is probably empty and all that salt and protein will help you recover from the hangover. Google maps is going to call this place Troy's Drive-In for some reason but then the place is kind of forgettable. 

Then it has no drive through or drive in so I don't get why anyone would call it that. I mean, it hardly has a parking lot. 

Anyway, stick to your diet. This pastrami is okay. 

Kool-Aid Sparklers Orange

Kool-Aid Sparklers sounds like fireworks that are marketed to kids. The Orange flavor is just another orange soda. The claims about less sugar may just be that these are really small cans.

In any case, are you attached to Kool-Aid? If you are these are better than other soda. If you're not then these are just about as good as any.   

V8 +Energy Sparkling Orange Pineapple

V8 +Energy Sparkling Orange Pineapple is that thing you get for your girlfriend when she wants to party all night but she's a health nut so no RedBull and Vodka. Stuff is just crying for some vodka to make it good. 

The big thing about these is that they are way smaller than most energy drinks and don't have the kick of one of their larger brothers. If you can't handle energy drinks but you need a boost these are you're jam. As for me, I think I need four of these things to keep me going. 

They taste okay but fail to hide the fact that they are V8.

Martinellis Sparkling Blood Orange

So, the new year is on you and your resolution is to stop drinking primarily because of that massive hangover that your sporting and you woke up in a puddle of vomit naked next to Fred from accounting who had on lipstick. 

Well, it happens to everyone who isn't Irish because we can hold our booze, but what do you do now?

Reach for some Martinellis Sparkling Blood Orange to get you back in the game because they said you'd get fired form calling off on the second of the new year. 

Will it help with a hangover? Yeah, not as well as V-8 but you got this stuff and you had all the V-8 last night. 

This is not a sweet as a soda is, tastes a bit like grapefruit. I will point out that it tastes nothing like orange but for a sparkling beverage it's the best one for a hangover that I know of.   

Swagger Energy Drinks Chupacabra Orange Mango

The orange mango cinnamon flavor of Chupacabra by Swagger Energy Drinks is, well, disgusting. It works, but I would never say, I just want to drink one of those for the flavor. 

What did they do to make this stuff? May be stirred it with Chupacabra. That would explain a few things.  

Yoshinoya Orange Chicken Bowl

Yoshinoya's Orange Chicken Bowl is a tangy take on the classic orange chicken and on the soft side. I can't say that I wanted much of the cabbage that came along with this but it was a good little meal.

I will point out that getting the nutrition fact on this is not all that easy so it's probably bad for me. Well, what isn't now days.

Pop Tarts Crush Orange

Pop Tarts Crush Orange have to be one of the saddest products I've ever seen. Orange Crush is kind of s second ringer soda that you have every now and again. Pop Tarts are a thing you never eat unless you just don't have time for real food. 

Pop Tarts Crush Orange are okay. I had to try them, but I don't have to like them. These are not as good as the soda but okay.
