I'm going to go out on a limb here and say the average American didn't have something this good for them for lunch.
That said, this is not all that great for you so stop thinking the just because it has lettuce its good for you.
This salad is okay, I mean, it is filling even if lacking the nutrients one wants in a salad.
I'd say that I should show you what a real salad looks like, but I don't think anyone is really reading this.
Willson! Never again Willson!
What to say about this stuff? I like it, and it probably isn't good for me. I recall my brother picking up some coupon and me making four meals out of all the chicken you get.
Try to remember that you can't honestly get much of a balanced meal from El Pollo Loco and that the bulk of what you eat should be plant matter.
That said, I had this as chicken, had it in salad, boiled some to make chicken soup, and all three of those things came out okay. I noted that for what you pay for one meal at Panera Bread I got five at El Pollo Loco but take into account that I added stuff to three of those meals.
Not as good as the pinto beans and makes more of a mess. If you like black beans then yes, if you don't then no.
What to do to add something healthy to your meal? Steamed Broccoli to the rescue! I meh at you broccoli.
It's not as good as steamed broccoli made by someone who knows how to make steamed broccoli. If you can cook for yourself then do so, if not this is an option.
So this broken microwaved turd is masquerading as a churro. Well, in its defence most Americans have no idea what a fresh churro is like. Try it to know it, but don't make a habit of them. They just aren't that great.
