Barq's Red Creme Soda

I have never understood creme soda. I have never had much love for it nor have I ever gotten the idea of a cream soda being, well, yellow. It turns out that cream soda is a different color dependent on what country you go to.

Cream is white, people!

Anyway, red cream soda looks to be cherry cream. It doesn't taste like cream soda, but it tastes like what we call cream soda with some cherry in it.

I feel like I should try soda with cream to find out what it should taste like.

This stuff is okay.  
 

Sweetarts Candy Canes Cherry

Sweetarts Candy Canes Cherry are okay. I would go further to say they are just your average cherry candy stick. If they didn't have a hook they wouldn't be a cane.

Past that, they are nothing to look for. If your a cherry addict they will make you smile but these are for your kids and they won't care. 

Hilco Kool-Aid Gum Cherry

 Kool-Aid Cherry should taste like cherries, shouldn’t it? Should it have a flavor of its own that can be copied?  It really doesn’t matter because this chewing gum loses flavor so fast you’ll never know what the flavor was anyway. You will then be left chewing something with a mild sweet flavor and a softer rubbery texture.

 

I can see why this gum isn’t easy to find. I used to chew gum until it broke up and my mouth and I had to get another piece to shew the bits into. This would be great for that because the gum is just not worth chewing for flavor.

Ocean Spray Fruit Medley Probiotic Blend

 Ocean Spray Fruit Medley Probiotic Blend is a mix of cranberries, blueberries, cherries, and grapes all dried and sweetened. It's not as strong as dried cranberries alone, but that is still the dominant flavor. 

Unlike most salad toppers this has a long shelf life and lasts long once the bag is open. I can't say I love the stuff, but in a world were I need to eat more salad I was so happy to find it at the store.  

I would not recommend adding in the pasta as I did and it's best an addition to garbanzo beans alone without the other beans which make the salad heavier.  

I will still say that the Ocean Spray was the highlight of this salad. 

Seagram's Escapes Cherry Italian Ice

 Seagram's Escapes Cherry  Italian Ice is a refreshing cherry drink that could use a stronger flavor. I mean, it's not bad and if you're drinking in the heat it's hard to get drunk on the amount of booze in this stuff.

Great for beating the heat, bad for getting drunk. My kind of drink really. 

Slurpee Cherry

 Is there anything like the classic Cherry Slurpee? Yeah, the Cherry Snow Icee. Those were good. Or did I just love them because I had them as a child, and they remind me of my late mother.  

I remember them being better than a Cherry Slurpee which is best had on a hot day. I still love Slurpees. I like it cold I guess. 

 

Airheads Cherry Taffy

 Airheads Cherry Taffy taste like what the industrial world has told us cherry tastes like. There is a dirty joke in there somewhere. Anyway, I've had real cherry and this doesn't taste a thing like it. I mean, it's not bad, but not cherry.

All-American Taffy Blueberry, Cherry, Vanilla

 

 

All-American Taffy is decked out in patriotic colors with Blueberry, Cherry, and Vanilla. I have to say that salt water taffy isn't a big thing on me but the tart nature of the red and blue really hit home. These are some good candies, but I'm a fat American so I can't go eating these. I'm shipping them off to the homeless who need them more than I do. I hate being this fat.

Coca Cola Cherry Vanilla

 Coca Cola Cherry Vanilla is one of the more odd flavors of the Coca Cola line, but with Pepsi really hitting the trendy market this is rather tame by comparison. 

The vanilla lessons the cherry somewhat but the two flavors work well together. I would say that this would go best with vodka but it has the strength of flavor to take a whisky. 

All and all, just as bad for you as most soda. Drink accordingly.

Cide Road Switchel Cherry Ginger

 Cide Road Switchel Cherry Ginger is one of those vinegar drinks that is supposed to help you lose weight. It will damage your teeth if you drink too much. Then, so will soda, but with this you should make sure you use the right mouthwash. 

Anyway, it's an odd flavor that I would not call refreshing. If you want to use this stuff to lose weight keep it down to one a day.

Pop-Tarts Limited Edition Frosted Sparkle-Licious Cherry

 Pop-Tarts Limited Edition Frosted Sparkle-Licious Cherry make me miss the 80's, because I could have made a gay joke about them. Now, we know that gay people are just like the rest of us only more fabulous. What is not so fabulous is these testosterone sucking Honey Boo Boo looking things.

This is just normal old frosted cherry with obnoxious designs printed on them. I like unicorns as much as a normal person can, really, I may have had one or two as a kid. 

However, I don't need to eat them, and they don't taste like cherry. I don't like the idea of printing things on every day food. It screws with the idea of a cake with your name on it once a year.  

Coca Cola Energy Cherry

Coca Cola Energy Cherry tastes a bit flat and does little to keep you up. I had one in the morning, and then had to have some coffee to get me going. Come on Coca Cola, you were one of the first dark energy drinks served cold and you give us this crap. 

You'll need more than one of these to get the party going and they aren't that much cheaper than a Monster.

Subway Dark Chocolate Cherry Cookie

Subway Dark Chocolate Cherry Cookie is one of those cookies that things great things of itself. I mean, look at that smug expression. Look, at two hundred or more calories these cookies aren't really worth it and where as this one is good it's bad for you. Eat in moderation.

Kool-Aid Sparklers Cherry

Kool-Aid, that's stuff you use to make your water drinkable in a world of old galvanized pipes. Kool-Aid is for folks who can't afford Soda. Or so I thought when I was younger. I drank the stuff myself because I was poor. 

Anyway, Kool-Aid Sparklers are a new soda. They taste like what happens when you put Kool-Aid in a punch bowl with dry ice. 

Now this Cherry stuff ain't bad. I mean, it's not name brand soda and it's about as good as any cherry soda. 

The whole thing about Kool-Aid is that it reminds people of better times when you could afford things and high school diplomas meant you could get a job.  If some Kool-Aid will bring a tear to your eye then this stuff has a magic to it. If your not that kind of person take it or leave it.

Coastal Bay Cherry Jelly Hearts

Sounding like something you get for your sex doll Coastal Bay Cherry Jelly Hearts are candy that can only serve as garnish for the crap you should be getting on Valentine's Day.

You could use these to make your chocolates look better, but you shouldn't buy them. Trust me on this, you wind up with some fat farm candy that you will eat because you have but will regret having eaten. 

Blue Sky Natural Soda Cherry Vanilla Creme

Blue Sky Natural Soda Cherry Vanilla Creme is a mild flavored beverage with a little too much of odd flavors and not enough to make it strong. How do you even have cream soda that is clear? Clear cherry I get.

In any case, there are better flavors of Blue Sky out their so I would go with them.

Wonka Laffy Taffy Cherry

Wonka Laffy Taffy Cherry has a flavor that reminds me of cherry cough drops and I remember liking those cough drops as a kid. 

When I was a kid I recall going to Atlantic City and getting honest real salt water taffy. That stuff you could chew a bit but this just goes down that hatch before you know it so I would rather have chewy taffy.

Sour Punch Cherry

Sour punch is the superficially liquorice like candy that may just show up in your Halloween bag in a few days. How it justifies itself I cannot tell. I get the sour but not the punch.

Now the, it could be cherry, flavor is something of a disappointment but you'll never care as the diabetes you get from all that candy kills you.

Coca Cola Cherry

I think normal Coke is better, not that this is bad, I just like normal Coke better.

Frostie Cherry Limeade soda

I don't taste any Lime in this 'Frostie Cherry Limeade Soda' it hardly tastes like Cherry for that matter. This is a novelty product that has very little novelty to it so I can't recommend it to anyone.
