Wendy’s Chili

Chili isn’t a common thing you get at fast food restaurants but Wendy’s Chili is not bad. I mean, it tasted like it had real meat in it and wasn’t all full of onions like other chilies I’ve had.  It wasn’t hot, as in chili not temperature, but it was warm and filling kind of stuff. 

I found this to be some solid chili for a fast food place. I know that is a low bar, but I think this was the best thing I’ve had at Wendy’s.

 

Wendy’s Cobb Salad

 

I can say that the Cobb Salad at Wendy’s is just about bursting with chicken, cheese, bacon, and egg. There may have been some Cobb in there but it was rather hard to find. It was also free of onions so I have to say it was my kind of salad even as it was not all that salad like now that I think of it.

Being a big fat man I’m not into salad and I’ve eaten a good many of them. I’ve made a good many of them as well but we won’t talk about that.

All in all, good product. I would get this again.

 

Wendy’s New Orange Dreamsicle Frosty

Wendy’s New Orange Dreamsicle Frosty is a thing you can buy. I don’t think that the Wendy’s I went to will be open much longer given how the whole place was giving me the stink eye as I was eating, but I hope that didn’t change my opinion of the food. I don’t get to Wendy’s often and that’s because their food has never impressed me.

This doesn’t impress me any more than their other food does. It’s creamy and has an orange flavor.  It’s not bad but it’s not cold weather food and this is still as cold as you really get in my home town.

I’ve never been nostalgic for that orange ice-cream flavor and if you’re not into soft serve then this isn’t for you. Me, I would never get this again but I didn’t dislike it in any way. It was fine and for fast food like this fine is what you expect.

Wendy’s Pumpkin Spice Frosty

 You folks should know I'm not the biggest fan of Wendy’s and my phone told me that I hadn't been to one in three years. I used to go there with my brother and well ... Anyway their Pumpkin Spice Frosty has got to be the best pumpkin spice thing I've had this year. That is a low bar, but it's the closest thing I've had to ice cream for some time. I think the good old Thrifty ice cream was my jam back in the day but I haven't had their pumpkin spice in more than twenty years. 

This is a buy for the 2023 holiday season. You should still have them in moderation.
