Café Valley Pumpkin Mini Bundt Cake is not pumpkin spice if that's what you're hoping for. It's like a carrot cake only with pumpkin. They taste fine. Their major point is texture and mouth feel with is moist and substantial.
I was thinking these would be a lot of flavor in a small cake but in truth they are just a good cake. I had them with coffee.
I have to say I like them, but that I wouldn't go buying more because I'm fat and they aren't worth being fat over.
