Blue Evolution Penne Seaweed Pasta is almost normal pasta. There is just a hint of the sea in the flavor. I have to say that pasta should, for the most part, be pasta and get flavor from what you add to the dish. The fact that this just adds a small amount of flavor is a very good thing.
This is health food at it's best and is supposed to be more sustainable than normal wheat pasta. If that is true I have to say this is a good product. I would buy this again.
