Hokto Organic Bunapi Mushrooms are a small delicate mushroom that is more of a look than a taste but you do get a nice texture out of them.
The nature of the cluster means that we get a lot of meat that is sub prime and doesn't look great on the plate. This mushroom matter I would serve in an omelet where it wouldn't be as easy to see and use the small caps for presentation.
I mean, posh, edible, not bad.
