Trader Joe's Belgian Endives White & Red

Trader Joe's Belgian Endives White & Red are, well, kind of like cabbage. Not as rugged as cabbage or as filling but that's what I can liken it to. As a vegetable this is just kind of there and it stands poorly to cooking. They can be eaten raw, and I figure that's the best way to have endives.  

I can't say you should go out and get these, but I can't say I dislike them.
