Deli Fresh Havarti

I can’t say that I have ever been the biggest fan of Havarti but this Havarti tastes like nothing. It is as non present as cheese can be and still be a part of your sandwich. I can’t say anything bad about it, all I can say is that it has very little taste as cheese goes.

I would never have it over any of the good old provolone I’ve had, but there is no reason not to buy it.

Hot Pockets Deli Wich Cheddar & Ham Sandwiches

Hot Pockets Deli Wich Cheddar & Ham Sandwiches are the kind of thing you can pop out of the freezer in the morning and they will be ready to eat by lunch. They are also less likely to go bad being frozen at breakfast time.

The ham is the tough kind that gets stuck in your teeth but you can keep these ready for those hangover mornings when you can't make the kids lunch. I don't have children or hangovers but I sympathize with people who do.

Smucker's Uncrustables Peanut Butter & Strawberry Jam

Smucker's Uncrustables Peanut Butter & Strawberry Jam have more flavor than the grape. They are still almost candy and bad for you, but what isn't now days?

Are these bad? No, they are just fine but they will not make a balanced meal. I could go through a pack of them in about five minutes but they're not bad eating.

Subway Sandwiches Ultimate Meatball Sub

I'm told that when it gets cold out Subway rolls out more hot subs and the Subway Sandwiches Ultimate Meatball Sub is one of those common to their lineup. It differs from a normal Meatball Sub by adding cheese and garlic sauce that is toasted on it's own as apposed to with the balls.

Now, of all the sandwiches in the Ultimate line this is the hardest to eat and if you don't get it to cool down just right it will burn your mouth.

I thought this was good but not as good as some other sandwiches they had on offer.

Subway Sandwiches Ultimate Spicy Italian Sandwich

Subway has its Ultimate sandwich line of which the Spicy Italian is one. These are sandwiches made with a cheesy garlic bread that needs its own time in the oven to make before adding heated meat and serving.

Now the Spicy Italian is totally kickin' when it's in your mouth but gets everywhere when it's in your hand. I mean, oily thing this sandwich.

If you want to have one of these for lunch then bad idea because you'll look like a slob at work. Have one for dinner, and then go home and change...then wash those clothes before the stains won't come out.

Subway Sandwiches Italian Spice Slider

Subway Sandwiches Italian Spice Slider is much like the ham and jack slider only more greasy. The Italian oil is optional so I guess they don't have to be greasy but at leas the spice makes them more of a standout than their ham and jack counterpart.

This changes nothing about the fact that these are just too small to fill a man my size. Then again, I am a manzilla so I guess that doesn't help. In any case, small, hot, and leaves you empty.

Subway Sandwiches Sugar Cookie

Ah, the sugar cookie, and me with no coffee. Subway has a nice and soft sugar cookie that you don't need coffee to eat. Defeats the purpose if you ask me and why would anyone fight a purpose in the first place?

Subway Sandwiches Ham and Jack Slider

Subway Sandwiches Ham and Jack Sliders are the smallest sandwich I have ever seen from subway and the fact that they do not naturally come with vegetables is upsetting.

These are not a bad sandwich to be honest it's more that they just don't satisfy. I had four of them, and I was still hungry.  Unless you're looking to feet a small apatite these are a fail...no little person jokes please.

Subway Sadnwitches Naturally Pit-Smoked Brisket

The Naturally Pit-Smoked Brisket at Subway is a sandwich that normally does not come with greens. You can get them, but you're not supposed to. It is a hot and expensive sandwich that tastes great with its BBQ sauce and smoked cheddar but ultimately is not worth the price tag.

This sandwich is great for filling you up and for emptying your wallet.

Subway Sandwiches Double Chocolate Chip Cookie

I know I'm running out of things to review at Subway because I'm down to the cookies but Subway Sandwiches Double Chocolate Chip Cookies are passable. You'd think a big fat guy like myself would be in love with these, but I'd just call them okay.

Give these a pass and eat something better.

Subway Sandwiches Habanero Roasted Chicken Wrap

Subway Sandwiches Habanero Roasted Chicken Wrap is the last of the Subway Signature Wraps for me to try. It was okay.

I can say that the flavor of Habanero staid with me for a good half hour after I had this and that if you don't like the mildly annoying feeling a your mouth burning you should stay clear of this one. That said, it's just not that hot but more of a long lasting hot.

I wouldn't get one of these again, but it could be your bag.

Subway Sandwiches Meatball Marinara

Like all Subway Sandwiches the 'Meatball Marinara' looks nothing like what they say it will look like. I'm not even sure I ordered this properly, but I will admit it was a good sandwich. I think the only real down side is that it was hard to keep clean when eating this so never eat one of these if you're going somewhere.

Other than that, great sub.

Subway Sandwiches Rotisserie-Style Chicken

Subway Sandwiches "Rotisserie-Style Chicken" is a sandwich with a substantial amount of meat. I have to say that as sandwiches go this one did stand out to me as being bigger and more filling. I will say that the 700 Calories for a foot long isn't that bad a total. All in all, this is a good sandwich.

Subway Sandwiches Carved Turkey

Subway Sandwiches Carved Turkey is loaded with fat, salt, and cholesterol. This is generally the way all fast food is so I wouldn't worry that much. In fact, I believe this to be a healthier option. I rather like these sandwiches. I would recommend them and I get them all the time.

Subway Sandwiches Spicy Italian

Subway Sandwiches 'Spicy Italian' is about nine hundred calories and more than twice that in milligrams of salt. For fast food this is about normal. This sandwich needs more spice to be spicy and something more. I'm not going to get this again but then I'm not going to turn my nose up at one.

Earthbound Farms Organic Kale

See, not everything I eat is bad for me. I use this kale as greens for my sandwiches, greens for my smoothies, and for salads. I can say it lasts longer than most salad, need a bit more additives, and is not a tough as other Kales I’ve eaten.

It’s still like showing down on your lawn, but that’s health food for you.
