Java Chip Oreo Cookies

 Java Chip Oreo Cookies don't taste enough like coffee. Oreo Cookies aren't what they used to be. I mean, they were so much better when I was a kid. 

However, by accident I left one of these out for a day or two and it was still fresh. Preservatives have gone so far. It's amazing.  

I'm going to have to grant that I'm not big on the Oreo now days so these were about what I expected. 

I wouldn't get more, but I won't throw them out.  

D-Plus Baked Wheat Cake Coffee

D-Plus Baked Wheat Cake Coffee is a Japanese bread that is soft and fine with a delicate texture. I find the coffee flavor could be stronger but it is strong enough to be there. 

I have to say that I am always happy to find new D-Plus products at my local store. I don't know if I would buy these on the regular, but if you haven't tried these you should.

This is a distinct product and whereas I'm not saying they are great they are something we all should try.
 

Ghost Energy Organic Original

 

Ghost Energy Organic Original kind of tastes like zero calorie lemonade. I wouldn’t call it good but I wouldn’t call it offensive. It’s just, well, a low level energy drink with the right vitamins for a normal person.

Harder energy drinking people should really lave this be as it boasts too little in the way of kick. It will get the job done but I would need a truck load of them to keep me up at night.

Starbucks Tripleshot Energy Coffee Beverage Extra Strength Caramel

Starbucks Tripleshot Energy Coffee Beverage Extra Strength Caramel has no flavor of caramel. I find it to be thick and low in coffee. It's more like drinking bad chocolate milk.

I would give this one a pass. Doesn't give me energy and doesn't taste great. 
 

Dunkin' Pumpkin Spice Medium Roast Coffee

 Dunkin' Pumpkin Spice Medium Roast Coffee didn't taste like much.  I could tell that it was a medium roast, but there was no spice to it. These coffees tend to disappoint. 

 Got this on sale and I can tell you it's just coffee. Maybe those fakes spices they use to flavor this just don't last long.

Starbucks Tripleshot Extra Strength Caffe Mocha

Starbucks Tripleshot Extra Strength Caffe Mocha isn't very coffee. I mean, I would have thought it would have tasted more like coffee but the flavor was more chocolate and milk than coffee. 

It wasn't bad in any way but it just wasn't very coffee. 
 

Junior's Most Fabulous Brooklyn Blend Coffee

Junior's Most Fabulous Brooklyn Blend Coffee is a medium roast coffee. Basic in nature this is what it says on the bag. I mean, what do you say about a coffee this average? There are no real subtle notes and the smell isn't all that great coffee wise.

It's coffee, it tastes like coffee, and if you like to add things to coffee this is your coffee. Me, I like my coffee to have a little more body than this but I normally drink French Roast. 
 

LavAzza Classico Coffee Blend Medium Roast

 LavAzza Classico Coffee Blend Medium Roast is a mild amber colored coffee. I would say it's good if you know how to make coffee which I do. There isn't much past that, but if you need coffee for your hangover, and many will soon, this is good coffee.

Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino

 Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino needs less sugar and more spice and coffee. I mean, I used to love these things back in the day but I got them out of a bottle and they were not blended with ice. 

The ice makes them like ice cream and so a lot for fun for me, but it also cuts out the flavor and makes them less enjoyable. 

Drinking one of these had be running to the restroom as the sugar made me sick but you're probably not a fat man with my health issues so go drink away.

Java Monster Nitro Cold Brew Sweet Black

 Java Monster Nitro Cold Brew Sweet Black is a low calorie energy drink that would feel redundant if you don't know the concept of the modern energy drink.

Here you get the concept of the energy drink along with the chemical properties of coffee which should keep you up like nobodies business. 

I wouldn't know at this point, because caffeine doesn't do it for me anymore. Still, it tastes good and is a smooth flavor. I call this a win and would get more.

Peeps Donut Shop Coffee

Peeps Donut Shop Coffee taste better than normal Peeps but are short on coffee flavor. I have to say that I would buy these over normal Peeps were I not so fat. I wouldn't have guest they were coffee flavored but they aren't bad.
 

Jim Bean Original Coffee

 For those of you who like the taste of whiskey in your coffee but don't want to get drunk there is Jim Bean Original Coffee. The early morning days at the cabin to go out and fish in the freezing cold must really have been good times for you. 

Me, I don't look back fondly on those days getting trout blood on my boots and hitting the hard stuff to get me going and keep my fingers warm. 

Past that, I can't say that this is a bad flavor but I'm not the biggest fan of flavored coffee. When I drink it black I like the taste of coffee and when I add cream the cream is what flavores it for me. 

Still, there is nothing wrong with this coffee. It's dark, hot, and full of caffeine so it gets me going. Odd stuff but not bad.  

Folgers Blonde Silk Coffee

 Folgers Blonde Silk Coffee tastes like coffee. I have to admit that it is rather smooth as coffee goes but past that it just tastes coffee like. Blonde coffee isn't as bitter as other coffees, but then it has less flavor in general. 

Most of us coffee folk like our coffee dark and bitter like the lives we live. This stuff is not as bitter as normal coffee is so I guess it's more for morning people.

454 Horse Power Kicking Horse Coffee

 I bet you could use some coffee about now. Me too, me three even. So 454 Horse Power Kicking Horse Coffee will do the job. It tastes good enough for me to drink black and has the caffeine I need to make it through the night. I work at night so coffee is an old friend of mine. 

I have to say this is some solid stuff. Not what I normally buy, but solid. 

Potter's Coffee Liqueur

Potter's Coffee Liqueur is a great thing to have in your eggnog or Irish Cream. It adds a hint of sugar and a bit of the bitterness of coffee to the drink giving it depth and diversity. 

I really love coffee but I normally dislike coffee alcohols. This isn't something I would drink a good deal of, but it's not bad to change things up.  
 

Joe's Dark Coffee

 When this headache of a world starts to get you down you can turn to Joe's Dark Coffee with it's smooth finish. If fresh and stored properly Joe's Dark Coffee is not bitter or stale. I love Joe's Dark Coffee and will buy it again.

Death Wish Coffee Cold Brew Slightly Sweet

 Death Wish Coffee takes me back to those days when I would get off a twelve hour shift stumble to the student store and buy enough caffeine to commit suicide. I would contemplate taking my own life as I walked to class. College was a dark chapter in my dark life. 

This Cold Brew, Slightly Sweet, is about as bitter as my memories and will definitely give you pain in the gut if you have one as is. I had it with cream to make it palatable.

Can't recommend it, made me want to have a nap. 

Equal Exchange Mama Tierra Coffee

 Equal Exchange Mama Tierra Coffee is lighter than I normally drink. I like coffee black as death and strong as stone. It has a light aroma and mild taste that make it more of a coffee for getting you out of bed then for sipping on cold days. 

This isn't my jam but it's for a good cause and if you like mid roast coffee this is for you.

Steve's Ice Cream Cold-Brewed Cinnamon Coffee

 Steve's Ice Cream Cold-Brewed Cinnamon Coffee is ice cream, and so, good. It was not coffee enough for me, but that didn't stop me from cramming it down my fat face and wanting more. 

I like my ice cream to be bursting with flavor so that I can eat a little and get a buzz out of it. This stuff is great just not what I like.
