HMR Vegetable Stew with Beef is about as good as this kind of thing can be. I mean, it was one of the better meals that you can get from HMR. It could use a bit more green than it has, but it's not bad. I would get this again.
You can also get beef stew with more beef in a can and tale that to work, but it call come down to if you want it hot and good for you.
When you think about it this is just canned food you get in a microwavable tray. If you don't mind cold food this is not worth buying, but if you need your food hot you can bring a bowl to work and put normal can food in it.
