I normally don't think much of Spaghetti, but this stuff is really a step above. I mean, it's just spaghetti but it's light and has a great texture. Ancient Harvest made a spaghetti that is honestly better than normal spaghetti and I think it's even better for you.
This is great stuff, and you should definitely try it. Next, however, is the salad test and I need to fined other shapes of this stuff.
