So far as I can tell Inked Organics Great White Bread is white bread. It is a little on the spongy side which is a good thing. It tastes nothing like the shark on the bag. I'm not sure I would want to eat shark bread but, let's be honest here, that bag is cool. All around this is good bread but you don't buy it because of it's flavor. You buy Inked Organics bread because of what it represents which is clean living.
White bread isn't all that good for you, but you're not going to find bread better than this.
