McDonald's Surf and Turf is another of the menu 'hacks' put out to make you spend more money at the clown house. I really can't get my head around the idea of fish on a double cheeseburger, but maybe someone is trying to kill themself with salt.
If you're not a fan of tarter sauce you will likely find this on the dry side so if you try it without the tarter sauce add more ketchup.
Still, I just can't recommend this.
