I got Trader Giotto's Organic Red Lentil Sedanini at Trader Joe's so I have to ask if Giotto is Joe in Italian? Well, anyway, as pasta goes these are kickin'. Only three grams of fiber but 13 grams of protein make these a option for body builders looking to bulk and they have a texture that will make you never want to go back to other pastas. These go on the buy list.
