The Burger King Ghost Pepper Halloween Whopper is the latest in the Halloween Whopper line and it's the hottest by far. The caramelized, or possibly deep fried, peppers really add to the heat so much that I had to take some of them off the burger to finish it.
I would never eat one of these again, but I don't like spicy food. If hot is your thing this is the hottest burger I have ever had. That's not saying much, but it is saying something.
