Peter & Pat's Pierogies Potato, Mushroom, & Parmesan

I have to admit I put my Peter & Pat's Pierogies Potato, Mushroom, & Parmesan in the freezer and forgot about them for some time. That means I can take them or leave them.

The potato part can hold a lot of heat so you need to let them cool, and these don't have a lot of protein so you need to add that to them in the form of sausage or something. 

After that, these are good. I mean, mild in nature and can be spiced up with pesto or onions. These Pierogies can be an appetizer or a main starch. 

I love these things, but then the cooking instructions are a bit of a pain. Don't make these for entertaining until you get the hang of them.
