Kellogg's Individual Boxes

I remember back in the day when my mother first looked at what a serving was and tried to eat breakfasted with only one serving of serial. 

One serving of breakfast serial can fit in a six ounce glass!

Needless to say, a good breakfast is not a bowl of serial, and I think Kellogg's lets you know that with these little boxes. 

That said, I will never buy most of these again, because they are bad for you.
