I honestly couldn’t find this on Subway’s website so I can only tell you its worse for you than the egg-white version. A foot long will run you almost nine hundred Calories so long as you don’t get any extras. To put it mildly this blows the flaming stool out of a Carl’s Jr. Bacon Double Cheeseburger. The Subway is way more filling than the Carl’s for around the same Calories.
I should put it that I was fasting for labs before eating this monster and it filled me up and I’ve been craving in for weeks since. Tastes great but eat in moderation.
