First Street Dark Red Kidney Beans

 First Street Dark Red Kidney Beans are one of those things you don't put a good deal of thought into. I mean, yeah, I'll drop them on a salad in a few years after the can is all dusty and too old. 

The truth is that we should respect the beans and have more of them with salad. If I did that I probably wouldn't be a big fat dude talking about beans... I'd be a less fat dude talking about beans. 

 

S & W Kidney Beans

S & W Kidney Beans are a read bean that you should defiantly wash well before putting in your salad because they have a strong flavor but washing them will get rid of some of that salt so that's no bad thing. 

These are the only real canned red beans I've ever had, but I can say they have a sweet, earthy flavor. I'm almost certain to get more of these because I eat lots of green stuff.
