The Rustik Oven Slow Baked Artisan Sourdough Bread is the kind of bread I want to get a bigger toaster to eat. I’m not a fan of Sourdough and this hardly tasted like Sourdough. I don’t get it, I mean, you can hardly taste the sour so why make sourdough at all? I would think people eat sourdough for the sour.
Anyway, this is soft but not overly soft spongy bread. I find it edible without toasting but not as appealing.
It’s good bread but could be sourer.
