Trader Joe's Tomato & Olive Focaccia

Trader Joe's 'Tomato & Olive Focaccia' is a somewhat inconsistent bread. You can get good bites and bad bites but most of the bites are good. Just some times you get a little too much plant in your mouth and that just feels nasty. I would probably get this again, but only if I didn't see anything else interesting.  

Kermanig Bakery Focaccia Mozzarella & Basil

Kermanig Bakery Focaccia Mozzarella & Basil is a Mediterranean style precursor to Pizza. Pizza is American, get over it!

Anyway, this is best reheated brushed with olive oil and the one fresh basil leaf really could be cut up and dispersed. Overall I can't get enough of these things. On my buy list.
