I don't know how long I've had this Trader Joe's Organic Brown Rice Spaghetti Pasta but it must have been too long, because the stuff wouldn't cook.
After the recommended cooking time there were large sections that stuck together and they were still on the hard side. It tasted fine but was not as good as other brown rice pasta I had.
Again, I think I had this stuff sitting around for two or three years. I got it a long time ago and forgot about it. I'm not even sure they still sell it but if they do it has to be better than my experience.
