Valley Produce Company 'Tuscan Herb Crackerthins' are exactly what they sound like: thin crackers that brake when you eat them. I'm going to put out that they pack a good deal of flavor in those thins but they are useless for dipping.

If you're setting out crackers for a party, and not using spread, or you're trying to teacher people to eat crackers daintily these are great. If you have trouble with crumbly food not so much.
