Smart Ones Santa Fe Rice & Beans

The only smart one involved with this Smart Ones Santa Fe Rice & Beans is the person that sold me this crap. Oh, is this bad. Something should be said for the fact that the sour cream on top was frozen and microwaved missing the point of sour cream. 

Anyway, this stuff feels  like food scraps tossed into a tray and frozen. If you cook the crap out of it you may get something edible, but if you cook the crap out of it you won't have much left.
