HMR Rotini Chicken Alfredo is very American. Being American it is not as flavorful as it should be were it Italian. I would say this is about as average as Chicken Alfredo can be, and if you want to take it for your lunch it will work as a main part of a meal but will not fill you up.
I would get this again. It's not bad.
