Green Giant Cauliflower Pizza Crust Tuscan is a thing ... how good of a thing depends on what you put on it, but I can tell you that it is not as good as the real thing. This whole cauliflower in all sorts of stuff thing is a fad that so far isn't really taking off. At least not in my diet.
