Bob's Red Mill Sorghum

Bob's Red Mill Sorghum is comparable to rice or barley, but it takes a little longer to cook and has a harder mouth feel. You need to watch your cook time with this stuff.   

As a whole grain that you haven't seen before it will liven up dinner some. Well, as much as grain really can. This is the kind of thing for folks who cook and not for folks who just eat. You kind of need to be a foody to like this.
