Subway Sandwiches Salad

I've been told you can turn any Subway Sandwich into a Salad. Why one would do that is hard for me to get over, but it works okay.  Being a fat mass of blubber I am not a fan of salad, but I felt this salad was worth eating. Subway has enough vegetables to make this work and you get croutons.
