Little Beijing Pepper Chicken

Little Beijing is a Chinese American restaurant not far from where the 60 hits the 605. I call it Chinese American because I honestly believe this kind of food is hard to find in China. 

So 'Pepper Chicken' is one of their signature dishes and I have always found it to be one I love. Other than a few Jalapenos this is basically chicken and it has that chewy fast food feel. I know it's probably horrible for me but it's just one of those foods.
