Zen Tea House Organic Rooibos

Zen Tea House's Organic Rooibos is a tisane that yields a brown tea like beverage that is not bitter. I liked if far batter as an ice tea than a hot one. I will note that some of the leaves got past the strainer so be wary of that aspect. 

All in all I think this is good stuff. It is not caffeinated and has a high level of Vitamin C. I think this is good for you but who can be sure?
