Rainbow Chard

Rainbow Chard is basically a mix of chard varieties to make a colorful bunch. The leaves are soft and the stalk is crunchy like salary. I often use this in salads but have to point out that it will not last as long as kale.  

To me this is like having two vegetables rolled into one as I often cut the stalk from the leaf. 

Chard is rich in nutrients and low in calories. Eat as much as you want!
