Kirkland Signature Wild Alaskan Pacific Cod
Kirkland Signature Wild Alaskan Pacific Cod is prime white fish. I mean, white fish tastes like nothing so it takes on the flavor you give it. I like to keep it simple with butter and pepper, but this stuff goes with most things and is best had with white wine.
The cod was not moist and flaky. It was flaky but tough and stringy. Obviously, poor processing. Waste of money.
