Keebler Sandies Cookies Cashew Shortbread have way too little cashew. They have a distinctive enough flavor, but are more short bread than anything else. 

On the whole, these are cookies and I feel like most of my readers could use a good cookie right now. These are good enough to eat as you sit in your kitchen with the heat off and have a cup of coffee as you think about your life.
