Can you make Kielbasa out of Turkey? Is it right to call Kielbasa Polish? I mean, is there not polish Kielbasa?
These are the questions I ask myself as I eat this Johnsonville Turkey Polish Kielbasa. I would say it has less oil and flavor than normal Kielbasa but then what does not Polish Kielbasa taste like?
Anyway, this stuff is okay but it’s hard to get it to heat up evenly and so may need more oil than other sausage. Otherwise, I would get it again.
