This Caulipower Cauliflower Gnocchi with Savory
Pesto was on sale more than a year ago at my local discount market and it sat
in my freezer until I had little choice but to cook it as I had to clean out my
refrigerator. There was almost no pesto in this and the gnocchi just doesn’t hold
up well.I ate the first one and tossed the second one into
a stew where it dissolved down to the tomatoes. The stew was way better than
the original meal.
I wouldn’t get these again because they didn’t
taste that great but I guess they are meant to be healthy not tasty.
