 Crider Premium White Chicken in Water is one of those things you buy because you know you should eat salad, but you never really will. Canned meat is great for salad. 

It turn out that my cats love this so much they will give me no peace as I eat my salad and so I ended up feeding it to them. Well, a few extra cans of it anyway. 

Yeah, this works great for salad ... if you can ward off the cats. 

Trader Joe's Premium Chunk White Chicken

Trader Joe's "Premium Chunk White Chicken" is a canned chicken I picked up to get my brother to eat more salad. This failed miserably but it's good chicken. 

I'll grand you that canned chicken isn't much of a thing to review, but I put most of this in a salad and the rest I grilled with mushrooms to add to pasta. It worked rather well for both. 

If you like salad this is a great thing to have around the house.
