Warheads Extreme Sour Blue Raspberry

 Warheads Extreme Sour Blue Raspberry live up to there name by delivering so much sour that I can hardly keep them in my mouth. This quickly gives way to the sugary sweet of the main flavor making you think you've been through a war to get to that sweet.

You should try not to chew these so you can get the full impact. I will point out that these are not that raspberry but they are very blue. 

Warheads Extreme Sour Candy Apple

These Warheads Extreme Sour Candy Apple made my mouth water at first. Then came the less sour apple that I say was the best part of the candy. I don’t know why they start so strong and loosen up so fast, but I guess people like them that way.

This was an odd little candy, but not bad all things considered. I would think the sour should last longer, but then I'm too old and too diabetic to eat Warheads.

Warheads Colossal Sour Orange

Warheads Colossal Sour Orange reminds me of something but I can’t tell what it is. I mean, it so tastes like some other orange candy I haven’t had in years. 

It also brakes up fast and last for a short time in the mouth until it is gone and you feel like it was only a thought of orange. It’s like an orange contemplation on the meaning of life.

This is a candy for those who want sour and the fleeting nature of existence when compared to the great ticking of the universal clock.

 

Warheads Ooze Chews

These Warheads Ooze Chews came in a pack with other Warheads candy I got in an after Halloween sale last year. Well, the Ooze Chews are the pick of the litter as far as I’m concerned. They are the best sour candy I have ever had under the Warheads brand.

They taste like cherry cream to me. The oozy-ness of this product is a strong addition and makes the candy stand out.

 

Warheads Extreme Sour Candy Watermelon

 I had to take water to keep this Warheads Extreme Sour Candy Watermelon until the sour ran out and I was left with watermelon hard candy. I don’t get the point of these Warhead Extremes and I’m not sad to see the lot of them shipped off to Mexico to be given to some orphans as I do with most of my leftover candy.

Warheads Extreme Sour Candy Black Cherry

 The sour didn’t last on these Warheads Extreme Sour Candy Black Cherry but the black cherry was very black cherry. It went from “I can hardly keep this in my mouth” to “this is almost like a cherry cough drop” in like five seconds.

This would be called a dynamic flavor. It changes, but I will admit it did start very Extreme.

Warheads Colossal Sours Candy Blue Raspberry

 Warheads Colossal Sours Candy Blue Raspberry is a disk of chalky sour candy that dissolves in your mouth but is unremarkable. I’m not the biggest fan of Warheads and in fact never tried this kind of candy before.

I really like Sour Patch Kids, and so I would say these aren’t as good as those, but they are not bad. I wouldn’t get these again, but the flavor isn’t bad. 

I mean, I’m looking forward to eating a few more.

Warheads Extreme Sour Candy Lemon

Warheads Extreme Sour Candy Lemon reminded me of a lemon drop once I got past the sour that nearly made me spit the thing out. I mean, why do they hit that hard at first? Is this what Extreme Sour means?

Anyway, I used to love lemon drops when I was a kid and so I admit that I liked the flavor of this, but I wouldn’t want to fight past the sour again. It’s just not for me.

 

Warheads Colossal Sours Candy Green Apple

The idea of the Warheads Colossal Sour Candy Green Apple is lost on Me. The sour flavor makes me want to wash it down, and where as I don’t find it unpleasant washing it down makes it over too fast. The fast burst of flavor is a spark in the night to be seen at distance and never understood.

I can’t figure why I would eat candy that has so short a time in my mouth but maybe I’m eating them wrong. I don’t know.

They taste fine, but the whole experience is over too quickly.
