Panda Express Cream Cheese Rangoon

Panda Express Cream Cheese Rangoon is one the large side to put in my mouth, but maybe you're supposed to eat it in more than bone bite. I've only had Rangoon once before, and I don't know much about it. 

I would say I liked this Rangoon. It would have been better had it been fresher, but it was still good enough for me to want more.
 

Panda Express Quinoa Brown Fried Rice

 Panda Express Quinoa Brown Fried Rice is palatable which is a big thing for Quinoa. I mean, it beats the heck out of most Quinoa I've had. It feels out of place among the other food I had at Panda Express but I will admit this is good Quinoa.

Panda Express Grilled Teriyaki Chicken

 I think Grilled Teriyaki Chicken is considered a premium item at Panda Express. It's sad and under cooked with a very light teriyaki flavor. If this is grilled it wasn't grilled long and the meat never got seared. 

On the up side you get a lot of meat, but meat isn't the only thing your body needs. I can't say this was bad, but it could have been so much better. Had I taken it home and cooked it longer it would have been.

Panda Express Watermelon Mango Refresher

 Panda Express Watermelon Mango Refresher is something of a meh item for me. I love watermelon so I wanted to try this as soon as I heard the word watermelon, but it wasn't very watermelon to me. I don't know why you would add mango to watermelon but in this case it was fine. 

On a hot day this wouldn't be bad, but remember that it isn't as good as plane old water in real heat. 

Panda Express Black Pepper Angus Steak

 There is a Panda Express not far from my work, so I figured I'd better start trying their food again. I mean, how long has it been? Six years I think.

Anyway, I wasn't missing much because this Black Pepper Angus Steak isn't that great. Look at it. The stuff they show you in the ad is brimming with fresh vegetables but this is lifeless and wilted. 

It could be that I went there shortly before closing but what better time is there to review food. Seeing it at it's best isn't as honest is it?

When I tried this it was a new item, and it may have gone the way of the west buy now, but it was just okay.

Panda Express Brown Rice

Because we all are trying to lead a better life Panda Express now has Brown Rice. I like it, it's good for you. Stuff makes your stool bigger and so fights constipation. The down side is that you may see some brown rice coming out the other end there and that's no fun, but how much should you be looking at that really? 

Panda Express Beijing Beef

Panda Express Beijing Beef is really tasty stuff. Too bad it's not very Chinese or good for you. Past that, you got to try this stuff. It's great if you mix it with the rice. 

Panda Express Mushroom Chicken

If you're going to call something Mushroom Chicken one would think it would contain mushrooms. I mean, it should mostly be mushrooms and chicken right? Where are the mushrooms? There were a few in there but not as many as there really should be.

I don't think much of this stuff. I wouldn't go getting it again. Then, I love mushrooms. 

Panda Express Chicken Egg Roll

Panda Express Chicken Egg Rolls need more chicken. They don't have a lot of chicken going on in those rolls. Not a lot of egg for that matter, but these are okay. 

I would point out that with all the rice you get with a two item plate you really don't need these things, and I was so full after Panda Express that I just wanted to take a nap. Still, I would get these again. 

Panda Express Honey Sesame Chicken Breast

Panda Express Honey Sesame Chicken Breast has too much in the way of bell pepper and not enough in the way of green beans. That's not to say these were bad it's just that I only got two green beans. The chicken was crunchy and to be honest this was great. Wish I could have traded the rice for more green beans.  

Panda Express Honey Walnut Shrimp

Honey Walnut Shrimp is a premium item at Panda Express, and I can see why.  There aren't much in the way of walnuts but there are a good many in the way of breaded shrimp. These things are so good I had to stop and eat before I finished this review. 

Don't look at me like that, I'm fat. 

Panda Express Mushroom Chicken

Where are the mushrooms in my Mushroom Chicken? I mean there should be a few of them and I don't see them. It should really be called squash chicken because that's what I see here. 

Panda Express Orange Chicken

The signature Panda Express dish is Orange Chicken and I can't figure why. It was okay, I mean, I didn't want to spit it out, but this didn't wow me.

Panda Express Fried Rice

Now, I'm no food expert, but I think fried rice involves some frying. This was not fried rice. This was rice with soy sauce and vegetables. I think it would have been better if it was fried but since it was not fried I feel cheated by the name.

Panda Express Broccoli Beef

Broccoli Beef is my favorite not Chinese food. I say not Chinese food because I'm rather sure it is an American thing. Now this Broccoli Beef tasted like the broccoli was just added after the whole thing was cooked. Some would call that good and some would call that bad. Me, I don't care for how this was made.
