Nonnis Biscotti Salted Caramel

 Nonnis Biscotti Salted Caramel is next level. Dip them in coffee and you activate the salt somehow. They are like ten times better when you put them in coffee which is the point of Biscotti in the first place. 

They have big chunks of Caramel that are the last things to brake down as you chew.  

I've never had Biscotti this good. 

Nonni's Dark Chocolate Peppermint Biscotti

 Nonni's Dark Chocolate Peppermint Biscotti has no peppermint. Peppermint is peppermint because of it's strong flavor. This was mostly chocolate, dark chocolate would have had more flavor. 

I would say this was passable, but it didn't really tick the boxes.

Nonni's Gingerbread Biscotti

Nonni's Gingerbread Biscotti really could use more ginger. I mean, It was fine but there was a lack of ginger. I would expect gingerbread biscotti to have a snap to it and this wasn't all that snappy. 

If you're looking for the strong flavor of ginger this will disappoint but they are otherwise good.
 

Nonni's Limoncello Biscotti

For you lemon lovers out there Nonni's Limoncello Biscotti is the seasonal thing for you. I found these on the strong side, but I have a lemon loving friend who said these were some of the best biscotti he ever had. 

I have to say that if coffee and biscotti tickle your fancy then these are a must try. Biscotti is not very good without coffee, and these biscotti are best had with sweet iced coffee. Oh, that sounds so good.
 

Nonni's Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Biscotti

Nonni's Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Biscotti is almost without pumpkin spice. It is as if they put just enough in there to get the name and then said "to heck with it" and made regular old dark chocolate biscotti. 

Then again, why would you want pumpkin, which makes things moist, in biscotti which should be dry for dipping?
