Birds Eye Steamfresh Gold and White Corn, Carrots, Asparagus really does cook in pack. I mean, you just dump that thing in your microwave and let it cook then open the bag and put it on a plate.
It still tastes like vegetables and frozen asparagus will never be as good as fresh, but it still gets your pee stinking. These packs being vegetables they don't taste like much so you may want to add some pepper, but other than that: eat this stuff, it's good for you.
So, when I read the menu it said that Olive Garden Shrimp Scampi was tossed with asparagus, tomatoes, and angel hair pasta. There are may be two whole spears of asparagus in this which is not enough to really mention.
This is more pasta than it should be for the vegetables, but the shrimp is shrimp. It has that much going for it.
I've never been able to point out one asparagus over the other but I like this stuff. I don't like the fact that they consider that whole bag one serving because I have never known anyone who could eat that much asparagus in one day. If you can good for you.
