Stampede Bone-In Pork Loin Chop

I picked up these Stampede Bone-In Pork Loin Chops at a dollar store, and for a buck it's not bad. I will point out that it's more salt than pork and so requires know how when cooking. 

I tossed this in the oven for two hours with some rice and it came out okay. Cooking it on the stove left it too salty. Over all, I can't say that I recommend these, and I can't say to keep clear. 

This is a pork chop for a poor man, and I'm a poor man so I may get more.
