End-Cut Pork Chops

I'm reviewing here the 'End-Cut Pork Chop' which is a pork chop that is irregular and may ore may not have a bone. You need to watch out for these because they're almost worthless for baking. These are best for stewing or anything where you're going to cut up the meat. It's hard to give everyone the right amount with these because of their odd shapes.
