Subway Spicy Italian Salad

 Subway's Spicy Italian Salad looks rather sad when they don't give you the croutons. It looks even worse when you learn that this is a six inch sub's worth of meat, and you could have spent a little more and gotten a foot long sandwich. 

This is why we are all getting fat. We pay more to get less and when we get it it's not that great.

Subway Spicy Italian

 Subway Spicy Italian is something I've tried before but all that is old is supposed to be new at Subway. It's the same thing that it has always been. 

I've always been a cold cut combo man, but these are fine. You don't get as much meat with these as you do the cold cut combo. However, they have more flavor.

Subway Sandwiches Ultimate Spicy Italian Sandwich

Subway has its Ultimate sandwich line of which the Spicy Italian is one. These are sandwiches made with a cheesy garlic bread that needs its own time in the oven to make before adding heated meat and serving. 

Now the Spicy Italian is totally kickin' when it's in your mouth but gets everywhere when it's in your hand. I mean, oily thing this sandwich.  

If you want to have one of these for lunch then bad idea because you'll look like a slob at work. Have one for dinner, and then go home and change...then wash those clothes before the stains won't come out. 

Subway Sandwiches Spicy Italian

Subway Sandwiches 'Spicy Italian' is about nine hundred calories and more than twice that in milligrams of salt. For fast food this is about normal. This sandwich needs more spice to be spicy and something more. I'm not going to get this again but then I'm not going to turn my nose up at one.
