Thomas' Sourdough English Muffins

 Someone must have left the sour out of these Thomas' Sourdough English Muffins because they were not sour at all. I'm not a fan of sourdough, but if I do buy it I think it should be sour. 

I mean, if it isn't sour then it's just dough.

La Brea Bakery Seeded Sourdough Rolls

 Someone forgot the sour on these La Brea Bakery Seeded Sourdough Rolls. They are easy and fast with a nice crunch to their crust, but they taste like nothing. It didn't help that I had them with unsalted butter, but what you spread on these rolls will really impact how much you like them. 

This is the time of year to have a dinner party, and these will add a bit of class, but in the end disappoint your guests. How do you fail with rolls?!

Inked Organics Rosie's San Francisco Bay Sourdough

I would have thought that Inked Organics Rosie's San Francisco Bay Sourdough bread would have had a stronger flavor. Rosie looks like the kind of girl who would bake sourdough that would make your eyes water. 

All told, it has just the right amount of sour for me, and I must say this is very good bread. I really should make myself some french toast with it or something like that soon.

It does have something of a short shelf life, or at least other breads of this brand do. I kept this in the freezer until I photographed it for this review. 

Anyway, good stuff, would buy again.
 

Galaxy Burgers Grilled Sourdough Burger

At the Ontario California branch of Galaxy Burgers you can get a Grilled Sourdough Burger. These things are grilled hard to be crispy and give you a good crunch when you bite into them. Love these things, but they can rip up your mouth. 

I know it's not a sourdough Jack but Jack would be jealous.

Farmer Boys Sourdough Chicken Avocado Sandwich

Farmer Boys has this Sourdough Chicken Avocado Sandwich which is lacking in the Sourdough department. I mean, it wasn't sour at all. The whole point of the sourdough is to give the sandwich and extra edge of flavor which it failed to do. Other than that, good sandwich. Nothing to tell your mom about.
