I never have high expectations for Jack in the Box but these Biscoff Donut Holes are so meh that they make me angry. First off, it's spelled doughnut because it's a nut, as in nuts and bolts, made of dough. Second, these are too sticky. Third, they are heavy and more like a hush puppy than a doughnut.
Are they bad? No. Are they good? Not really.
