Wye River Cream of Crab Soup sat on my shelf four almost four years before I did this with it. I fried some canned crab, added two colors of cauliflower, and topped it with spinach. It's best to add these things on top of the soup.
This was creamy and had a hint of the sea. It got my nose running and left me with an odd feeling of peace.
I think that's why we eat soup when we're sick.
Anyway, this was surprisingly good. It's a bit much for one person, but I must say it is an interesting flavor. It was easy to make and impressive.
