HMR Crustless Chicken Pot Pie is honestly one of their better offerings. It has a lot more meat on the cover, but when is that not true, yet it has enough vegetables to at least look good for you.
This is not going to change your life, but it's good enough to be worth trying. I would still eat it with an apple or some other fruit, this is not a balanced meal, but it's not bad.
