It should be noted that both creatine and caffeine can help you at the gym but creatine is not something you take when cutting. Creatine is a bulking supplement and I find it can impair your ability to cool down and take something out of your workout.
The point is that this is a drink that should be had only by someone in good health who knows what they're doing in the gym.
Flavor wise, this stuff is great. I would never have known it was zero sugar. It really was refreshing and I would get more.
Still, if hitting the gym like it's been talking about your mother is still on your to do list, then this isn't for you. If you can bring the heat, this will be a fine addition to your workout.
