Maggie's Pub Birthday Cake

Had this last year, don't worry I'm writing this a year in advance, and it was so-so. It had a great spectacle with the sparkler but otherwise left me flat.

It is the most basic cake you can have without making it without flavoring at all and was on the stale side.

Now I love Maggie's Pub but next year I'm going to suggest we go somewhere else for the anniversary of my birth.
