Trader Joe's Swai Striped Pangasius

This is a farmed fish that tastes like almost nothing and that's kind of the point because you flavor fish as you want to flavor things. However, I will note that the handling instruction on these are complex. As a farmed fish these are expensive but I will give it a thumbs up.
